In 2116, the cruise ship Empress collided with the spacecraft Hecate as it was exiting hyperspace on-route to Azure, resulting in the two ships fusing together. Whilst fused the Fourth Doctor and Romana arrived, and happened upon xenozoologist Tryst's CET machine and his and Dymond's operation involving vraxoin smuggling. (TV: Nightmare of Eden)

In 2118, a human called Soloman Nabarr reached the last remaining Valnaxi treasure trove. The same year, the Tenth Doctor and Rose Tyler defeated a Valnaxi attempt to replace human minds with Valnaxi ones. (PROSE: The Art of Destruction)

In 2119, the Twelfth Doctor and Clara Oswald landed in The Drum, an underwater base in Caithness, Scotland. They worked with the base's crew to defeat electromagnetic ghosts from killing the crew and turning them into transmitters to alert Earth's coordinates to the race of the Fisher King, and allow them to enslave the human race and drown the seas.
