The Eighth Doctor, Fitz Kreiner and Compassion arrived on an planetoid where a group of mods, rockers and others from 1965 England had been transported by a Maker nineteen years earlier and had continued their rivalry during that time. The Makers, having realised that taking the people from Earth had been a mistake, offered to let the people remain in the 31st century, or send them back to their original time, undoing everything that had happened to that individual and erasing their memories of the past nineteen years.
