Issues of Doctor Who: Battles in Time were released every second Wednesday from 20 September 2006 until 11 May 2009.

Wednesdays are known to be the day that new American comic book issues are released, as do issues of Titan Comics' Doctor Who titles and, previously, IDW Publishing's run. Free Comic Book Day specials are not released on Wednesdays however.
