- Early 1964 - Moris Farhi submitted a six-episode script entitled Farewell Great Macedon and a single-episode script entitled The Fragile Yellow Arc of Fragrance. Neither were produced, but both would be published in 2009 and were adapted for Big Finish Productions' The Lost Stories range in 2010.
